Bharti Realty Appoints SK Sayal as MD & CEO
New Delhi, August 4, 2014: Bharti Realty, an emerging real estate company with interests in retail and office segments, today announced the appointment of S.K. Sayal as Managing Director & CEO.
S.K. Sayal will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a scalable business strategy and providing overall leadership to the business. He will focus on building high quality capabilities to further strengthen the foundation of Bharti Realty. Additionally, he will explore and seek new business opportunities via joint development models to scale the Realty business to the next level of growth.

SK Sayal holds a B.E degree in Civil Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, Calcutta and brings with him over 30 years of rich experience. He has worked in various senior level positions in leading real estate companies including Alpha G:Corp, Mahindra GESCO, DLF Ltd., and Ansal Group. He was the Founding Director and Chief Executive officer of Alpha G: Corp since 2004, and served as the Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra GESCO between 1996 and 2004.
He has also been a key driver of establishing Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) model in the country. A Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), he has led a team of highly accomplished professionals with the objective of setting new benchmarks in residential as well as commercial real estate development. He was awarded the ‘Emerging India Business Baron Award’ at the Indo–Malaysia Economic Seminar by the Institute of Economic Studies; ‘Most Enterprising CEO of the Year’ at the Real Estate Awards; and ‘CEO of the Year’ at the 2nd CMO Asia Awards 2011 for Excellence in Branding and Marketing.
